Fees
Paid tickets carry a platform fee of 2% + $0.99 per ticket. Organizers choose to absorb it, pass it to buyers, or split it. Free events have no platform fee. Payment processing is charged separately by the payment processor and shown before you pay, along with any applicable taxes.
Payments status
Paid checkout is NOT live yet. It is a clearly labeled test-mode placeholder until the platform owner connects a marketplace payment processor (e.g. Stripe Connect) with KYC, payouts and refunds. No cards are charged. Free tickets and free resale transfers work today.
Your tickets
Every ticket gets a unique code generated by our server. It admits once. If a ticket is resold, the old code stops working immediately and the new owner gets a fresh code.
Resale
Only valid tickets you own can be listed, only for events where the organizer allows resale, and only up to the organizer's price ceiling. One active listing per ticket.
12-Hour Feed
Photos and short videos expire exactly 12 hours after posting and stop appearing everywhere. No comments, no livestreams. Report anything unsafe with the flag button.
Door staff
Open Door Check-In, copy your User ID and send it to the organizer. Once added you can scan codes for that event.
